Admission Process Of BS Computer Engineering

Eligibility Criteria Of BS Computer Engineering

  • Students must have score 60% marks or above in matriculation (science group) or equivalent qualification

  • They also must have 60% score or above in Intermediate, or equivalent examination*, with these three subjects:

Chemistry/ computer science/ computer studies

Mathematics

Physics

Minimum score for eligibility is 50% in any university Admissions Test or ECAT test.

Or

NTS-NAT IE with minimum 50% marks.

Admission Intakes And Entry Test Of BS Computer Engineering

Admission of BS computer engineering starts in August and January in most private and public engineering institutes.

Entry test is mandatory to take admission in BS computer engineering degree program in most public and private universities of Pakistan. ECAT is mandatory for admission in the UET and its affiliated universities and all other government sector engineering universities in Pakistan. It is also essential for admission in private engineering universities. Some universities conduct their own entry test for admission in BSCE and some institutes also accept the NTS test. This test also contains a total of 100 marks.
