Admission Process Of BS Home Economics
- To apply online in the BS home economics degree program, students are required to sign up at the university admissions portal.
- Sign in the admission portal and fill the application form with all required personal and academic information.
- They are also required to attach photocopies of academic attested documents and ID card with the application form.
- After completing the application form correctly, submit the application successfully.
- Also pay the application fee challan and deposit in the mentioned bank. Also upload a challan copy with the form.
- The merit lists will be determined on all previous academic record according to the merit formula.
Eligibility Criteria Of BS Home Economics
The eligibility criteria for any university is not the same.It varies from university to university.
- Applicants must have to pass the intermediate or equivalent examination with one or more home economics subjects.
- They also have 50% marks in entry test exams if required.
- Interview if required.
Admission Intakes And Entry Test Of BS Home Economics
The admissions of BS home economics start in august and January in public and private sector universities of Pakistan.
Entry test is not mandatory to take admission in all public sector universities. Some universities also accept NAT test for admission in BS home economics and some conduct their own entry test for admission. This admission test contains a total 100 marks and students must have at least a total 60% marks in the test.
Merit/Merit Formula Of BS Home Economics
The merit of BS home economics commonly starts from 82% and ends at 75% in public sector universities of Pakistan and in private universities, it mostly starts from 80% and ends at 72%. The merit varies each year. It is calculated according to the merit formula for each university.
