  • An attested copy of the school progress marks sheet of the last final examination demonstrates the actual performance of the student will be enclosed.
  • Marks sheets prepared completely on plain paper or on a printed form will not be accepted.
  • The Head of Institutes is responsible for ensuring that all forms are filled out completely, with all the necessary documents and certificates attached, and they will prepare a list of such students and send it to this ministry along with his covering letter duly signed by him. 
  • Applications submitted only through educational institutions will be taken into consideration.
  • Students who receive scholarships, stipends, financial aid, etc. from any other source will not be eligible to apply.
  • If the applicant is under 18, a copy of the NADRA B-form and the applicants CNIC number must be attached accurately. Applications that are not complete will not be accepted.
  • Candidates' parents and Guardians are advised to provide a contact number and email addresses to get possible queries in time. Private institute students are not eligible to apply.
  • Photocopies of application forms are available in the newspaper. 
  • Applications submitted after the deadline and before the advertisement will not be taken into consideration.
  • The applications, complete in every way with the documentation evidence, must reach within 30 days of publishing this advertisement.
