To avail this fellowship candidates must have to achieve

  • O-level or Matric (minimum grades: 80%)
  • A-level or F.A./F.Sc. (minimum grades: 70%)
  • 4 or 5 year of bachelor's degree (CGPA requirement of 3.25)
  • 2 year of M.S. or M.Sc./MPhil with research for his/her thesis (with CGPA of minimum: 3.5)

Outstanding Sports and Extra Curricular Scholarship

Recipients of the scholarship who are exceptional athletes with national or extracurricular involvement will receive a tuition waiver of up to 100%.

UMT Labor Scholarship

The following requirements must be met in order for the workers' children or workers themselves to receive this scholarship.

  • A person must meet the requirements of the worker definition in order to be eligible to work in the labor department.
  • The employee's social security card should be up to date.

Remote Area Scholarship

Students from specified remote areas who achieve at least 60% marks or 2.50 CGPA in their previous qualification can be eligible for up to a 50% tuition fee waiver,

Application Criteria of UMT Scholarship

The UMT Scholarship criteria is very simple. Students have to keep in mind that the scholarship is provided for a maximum of 8 semesters or the maximum duration of the student’s respective degree program.
