Lahore Education Authority Suspended Teachers for ignoring Exam Duties

As we all know that BISE Lahore is currently conducting matric supplementary exam, the District Education Authority in Lahore has suspended almost 56 teachers who failed to fulfil their duties during the recent matric supplementary board exams. These teachers did not report for invigilation duties, leading to significant disruptions at various exam centers in Lahore.
Investigation Upon the Absenteeism of Invigilators
An investigation conducted by the education department has revealed that many of these teachers intentionally turned off their mobile phones or outright refused to perform their assigned duties on the day of the exams. The inquiry report highlighted the serious administrative challenges caused by their absence, which led to a shortage of staff at key exam centers.

The lack of invigilators have caused many difficulties and delays in managing the exam process, making it harder to prevent cheating and maintain discipline.
